Important Message from Martha

Dear customer,

As a valued customer of Martha Stewart Flowers, we need to inform you that our last day of business will be February 28, 2008 at 3 PM EST.

But there’s also good news: we’re closing Martha Stewart Flowers to make way for our new floral business. We wanted to be able to offer same-day delivery service though a nationwide network of florists, so we teamed up with the delivery experts at 1-800-Flowers.com®. We plan to launch an all-new Martha Stewart™ for 1-800-Flowers.com® line of flowers and plants in early April 2008.

Regarding the close of the Martha Stewart Flowers business, please note:

  • Orders will be accepted for delivery on or before February 29, 2008; no orders will be accepted for dates thereafter
  • The GIFT REMINDER PROGRAM will be discontinued as of February 28, 2008 at 3 PM EST
  • If currently enrolled in this program, please gather any needed reminder information stored online in your account (such as names and dates) by February 28. After this date, the Martha Stewart Flowers team will have no ability to retrieve or access this information
  • March 15th will be the cut-off date for the prompt handling of any customer service issues or inquiries

Beginning April 2, 2008 we invite you to visit our new online boutique for all your floral needs. The assortment will feature arrangements styled with Martha’s classic artistry and highlight some of her most-loved seasonal blossoms: gardenias, hydrangeas, lilies, peonies, and roses. Plus, the line’s specially crafted vases are inspired by pieces in her personal collection.

Thank you for your patronage. We hope you’ll continue to shop with us at Martha Stewart for 1-800-Flowers.com whether decorating for an occasion, remembering a loved one, or simply making any day special with flowers.

Sincerely,

marthastewartflowers.com
