You can skip the introductory animation at any time by tapping on the screen.
Tap the "share" icon on any cookie"s landing page or recipe screen. From here, you can select Email. When you select Email, the app will use your default account to automatically set up an email with the recipe text and a photo. Simply type the recipient's email address into the appropriate field and tap "send."
To access the search wheel at any time, tap the green Martha Stewart ribbon in the upper-left corner of the screen, and select "Search." You can spin the outer part of the search wheel to select a flavor (Chocolate, Citrus, etc.), and the inner part to select a type of cookie (Hand-shaped, Biscotti, etc.). If you know what you"re looking for, you can also type specific words into the search box in the upper-right corner.
Martha Stewart Cookies is integrated with ZipList, a universal shopping list. You can create a ZipList account at ziplist.com, or use the Shopping List locally (without ZipList integration). To add ingredients to your Shopping List, go to the recipe you wish to make, and tap the "add to shopping list" icon displayed below the ingredient list. To access your Shopping List at any time, tap the Martha Stewart ribbon in the upper-left corner of the screen, and select "Shopping List." Here you will have the option of connecting to ZipList or using the Shopping List locally. You can change this setting at any time by tapping "preferences." You can also access your ZipList account from the Internet or phone.
Yes, there are other MSLO apps (produced by Happy) available, including Smoothies by Whole Living, Martha Stewart Makes Cocktails, and Martha Stewart CraftStudio. You can access this content for iPad, iPhone, and/or iPod Touch by selecting the "+M" button on the bottom-left corner of the runway. Once opening the tab, you can simply select a title to be redirected to the app"s homepage on the iTunes store.
